Nathan started 3rd grade and Kayla started Kindergarten this year!! Jax was super sad that morning, but at least he got to stay home with his daddy. I, on the other hand, was sad that I didn't get to walk them to their classrooms, because I started my student teaching at Fossum Middle School as well and had to leave early. Noe is also going back to school , so we are all adjusting to this busy schedule. Kids are doing excellent in school so far....Kayla's teacher says she does like to talk though (now, where did she get that from :) ) Noe is doing great too....and I am loving student teaching so far, I have an excellent mentor and am learning a lot. I also passed my content exam, so now I am certified to teach middle school science, I just have to graduate in Dec. and I'll be ready to go!
Obviously Kayla is NOT a morning person

my son, the ladies man!
I had to put these pictures on here, it was so funny! We took the boys to a Dorados game during the school year, and Jaxon could not take his off the redhead, he just kept staring and smiling at her! The girls thought he was so cute, and that made it even worse.....he wouldn't even look at us to take the pictures!
Life
Things have been a little hectic in the Zamora household lately. On June 30...Noe got laid off from his job at Schlumberger where he has been working for the past 6 years, they just decided to up and close the entire shop down here. It was a big shock to us, but we are starting to come to terms with the idea. Since the oil industry is very dry in South Texas at the moment, Noe has decided to go back to school to become a Radiologic Technician. Yay Noe!! We are so glad that he has this chance and keep thinking that something better will come along for our family soon. I will be done with school in December and will hopefully find a job teaching Science in one of the middle schools nearby. Hopefully everything will work out well....as we have faith that it will!!

Fun at the beach
Kayla's Pagaent
Kayla participated in the Little Miss 4th of July pagaent for the city. She was cute and she had the best talent....she actually sang in front of everyone (acapella too). She sang God Bless America, and it sounded so beautiful, we are so proud of her!
(we had to force the boys to take this picture of course)
